In my current role I am the link between the Project Management, technical and engineering teams. I am involved in coordinating internal resources and third parties for the successful execution of projects. In addition to this I also perform many of the administrative tasks required for the smooth running of the back office, I have been responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules for all of the company’s facilities. I have also been responsible for managing the maintenance staff and overseeing their work on a daily basis. I have developed strong relationships with both the maintenance staff and the managers of the facilities that they service.
My experience has taught me how to develop effective maintenance schedules & procedures that are easy to follow and understand by everyone who needs them. I have also learned how to manage people effectively so that they can complete their tasks efficiently and effectively.
My experience has also taught me how to work well under pressure and how to prioritize my workload so that I can get everything done on time.
